Gang,

Just watch the first 15 seconds of Joe speaking EFFINyesterday [Thursday] in Wisconsin. This comes on the heels of his mumbling sumpthin, in Virginia, about messing "with the +×÷=/!@#$%&£€¥"

Victor Davis Hanson was with Megyn Kelly t'other day. They were talking about Trump and Biden. Hanson is sharp. He was speculating on the shape Joe will be in by election day.

He noted that Joe's declining geometrically. He's probably right. The gibberish that passes for Joe's speech yesterday in Wisconsin and that linguistic mess he presented in Virginia on Tuesday... in con-friggin-secutive public appearances... is evidence that Hanson may be correct.

Just wondering: What might it take for our supporters of Joe here on SS no longer to support him.

Curt? po? will you stand with Joe no matter what?

You have to know that other politicians oppose Trump, don't you?

Is your Holy Trinity progressive SwampMedia reporting this truth about the incumbent President?

Seriously.

Just wondering.

*****

BTW, I would have linked to other videos that illustrate the point but that process is cumbersome at best here.

*****

And, Curt. If you can avoid the Trump whataboutism, we'd be blessed. NO FORMER TRUMP VOTER HERE SUPPORTS TRUMP FOR THE VERY REASON I'M ASKING THE QUESTION. We've had too much.

For you? What's too much?

What's really hard is to tell someone with dementia that they're fading. Once the person sees what they're doing it can be devastating to say the least. That said, if that what it takes, someone needs to do it. I honestly don't think he's been in charge of anything in the past year, which is sad. If the dims didn't have any backup, it would be very different. I'm not saying I would vote for any of the "B" team folks, but I'd feel more comfortable if they won in this respect.

The longer the dims wait to replace him, the worse it is for them. It's going to be hard to tee up another person with media, publications, platform, speaking engagements, etc. quickly.

As a conservative of course, I'm hoping they don't replace him and something happens at the last moment and they have to put a "B" team person (Harris maybe?) that can't find her way out of a wet paper bag.

But I also have a wish for two competent folks running against each other. So there's that.

I got this from the gay Guy Curt never heard of. An accurate transcript of Joe's comment:

"The beer brewed here... Hah ish issah use to make the brew beer here... Issh da-finer... Oooooh Earth Rider... Thanks for the Great Lakes!”

I think that you and I agree that, as of this moment, we're, zero for two.

    BTW,...

...with both of my parents, our family was so naíve about dementia that both my mom and dad were so far gone that, by the time they were diagnosed, they were beyond comprehending the future they were facing.

But, what it must be like, to still be able to understand and know that you have dementia!!!!!

From what I see of Joe, he's so far gone that he'd be unable to comprehend. Poor guy.

My mom was one of the first to die with Covid. She had COPD so when she contracted the virus, she didn't last long... and her dementia journey was cut short.

My dad lived years with dementia. Looking back, after we got him to the doctors, it was perhaps 10?, years? His body held on a looooooooong time. And, his body was similar to Joe's. Tallish. Thin.

Based on my dad, Joe's body might continue for a long time... even though he's merely going through the motions of living already.

Watched half your video, peebs. Only one gaffe? Very similar to the same things Trump says in every speech - mixing words around so they don't make sense. Why aren't you and OD here - the 2 notorious "non-Trump supporters" 🙄 worried about him too?

  6. by HatetheSwamp on January 26, 2024 11:01 am

Indy. YOU? doing Trump whataboutism? You disappoint me.

The fact the Trump is a narcissistic bully who very well may be showing early signs of cognitive decline doesn't justify support for "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap."

You stun me. But, go ahead. Vote for the Doddering Old Fool... if you can sleep at night. I thought you had a brain... and a heart. Perhaps I was wrong.
